Pilates

Derived from Yoga movements, Pilates is a system of physical conditioning involving low-impact exercises and stretches designed to strengthen muscles. Great for strengthening, and conditioning muscles – the perfect addition to your fitness routine.

Fitball

Using a large fitball or swissball, this workout combines high-intensity cardio with muscle and core conditioning. This class is highly dynamic and perfect for hitting muscle groups not usually trained in normal workouts. It is also highly effective for improving core strength.
