Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue or as per the date started on your Gift Voucher/s.

Expiry date on vouchers is non-extendable, vouchers that have expired will not be accepted.

Specific voucher is valid only for use for its started purposes, additional fees will apply for any alterations.

Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the guest; WAVE Spa – Crowne Plaza, Gerrards Cross does not accept responsibility for lost or mislaid vouchers.

Altered or damaged vouchers will not be accepted, and booking will be charged at an applicable rate.

Voucher Redemption / Spa Treatments bookings is strictly subject to availability.

At the time of reservations, it is required for guests to quote their voucher number and provide full Names and Contact information and treatment preference for non-specific vouchers.

Once bookings are confirmed 24 H cancellation policy will apply.

Gift Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction; and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be available.

Voucher or Email Confirmation must be presented on arrival at WAVE Spa; Only original Gift Vouchers will be accepted, and no photocopies or electronic images will be accepted.

Non redeemed vouchers – You are entitled to return / amend a WAVE Spa Gift Voucher within 14 days of receipt a full refund/amendment will be of the face value of the voucher, all refunds will be made to the person who purchased the WAVE Spa Gift Voucher. After the 14-day period, WAVE Spa will be unable to refund any payments made.

Gift Vouchers may be used for retail items or spa services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.

Spa Voucher is exclusive to WAVE Spa – Crowne Plaza, Gerrards Cross and not available for redemption on any outlet within Cairn or Crowne Plaza or other IHG Properties. (Unless otherwise started on your gift voucher.)

WAVE Spa reserves the right to cancel or decline a Spa Gift Voucher that has been purchased from anywhere other than its official website.

WAVE Spa will not accept responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, or liability consequential or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the use or purchase of fraudulent or counterfeit WAVE Spa Gift Vouchers.

WAVE Spa – Crowne Plaza, Gerrards Cross reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of any voucher at any time without notifying the guest.

Rate changes may apply at peak or restricted period (i.e. Weekends, Public Holidays and Special Events)

Promotional Vouchers is not permitted to be used in conjunction with other offers.
